From the 97 step staircase to the rock climbing wall in the playground, there are lots of options here that trainer extraordinaire Julia uses to deliver a serious butt kicking that gets you fit fast!

JULIA SIMONE

What could be more enjoyable than building community while helping others grow into their strong and healthy selves? This is what drives me every day.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and an aspiring Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Fitness and overall health are so much more to me than just the exterior results. I have always been drawn to a healthy lifestyle to heal my body and truly uplift me on the inside-out (mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically). When I’m healthy, I’m happy. And so are those around me.

Alongside teaching bootcamp, I help develop renewable energy projects in North America, take long runs by the waterfront with my dog Diamond, and build community wherever possible!
