FAQs
Where and when?
Classes are in the Annex, Danforth and Roncesvalles (addresses above). Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6-7am. There is another option at 9:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Annex only. 
How much for the month?
Your monthly Bootcamp membership ranges from $160-$210 a month.

Can I start today or do I have to wait for a new session to start?
You can start any time! Your Bootcamp starts whenever you are ready to get fitter, stronger and healthier.

Is it indoors or outdoors?
Right now we are indoors for the 6am*. But we are all about getting outside in the fresh air as much as possible so don't be surprised if it's a beautiful day and your trainer tells you that class is outside!
Bootcamp is held at our park locations from May-Sept. During the winter, we are at our cozy and dry indoor locations!  

*Please note that the 9:45am class is still in Christie Pits until November!
Are the workouts hard?
Short answer? Yes. By that I mean that everyone will be challenged to their absolute best every class.  Your best is different than anyone else's best. If everyone else is sprinting and doing box jumps and your best is walking and doing step ups, that's perfect. Our camps include people at all fitness levels and your trainer will always help you to find an intensity that is appropriate for YOU.  
Do classes run on holidays?
No, classes do not run on any stat holiday. Instead, those days will be made up on the next business day of the following week.
